AI & content policy
1. Everything here is AI
Every model, photograph and film on FRAMAI is AI-generated. No model depicts a real person; identities are synthetic, created by our casting engine. We say this proudly on the site — and we recommend you do the same in your marketing.
2. Your rights to what you generate
You hold a worldwide, perpetual commercial license to the imagery you generate for your own brand's marketing — web, social, print, advertising and marketplaces. Models you create are exclusive to your account. You may not resell raw generated imagery as stock, or use it to train competing AI systems.
3. Disclosure & the EU AI Act
Under the EU AI Act, synthetic imagery must be identifiable as such. FRAMAI keeps generation metadata for every frame. We recommend a simple disclosure in your channels ('Photos created with AI'). Never present AI imagery as documentary photography of real events or persons.
4. Likeness — the hard line
Creating or approximating the likeness of a real person without their documented consent is prohibited and enforced at the engine level: reference-based generation is instructed to produce an original face, never a copy. Uploading photos of real people (your own model) requires their written consent, which you must hold. Public figures and celebrities are never permitted as references.
5. Prohibited uses
No explicit or exploitative content; no minors in any context beyond wholesale-catalog kidswear produced by FRAMAI's own supervised pipeline; no deceptive political, medical or financial imagery; no content that disparages identifiable persons or brands.
6. Liability — where responsibility sits
FRAMAI provides the generation infrastructure; you are responsible for how generated content is used and published. FRAMAI is not liable for third-party claims arising from your use of generated imagery — including claims that a synthetic face resembles a real person by coincidence, or claims arising from imagery generated from materials you uploaded without holding the necessary rights. When you generate from your own uploaded material, responsibility for that output is always yours — you confirm this in the rights declaration signed in the studio before uploads open, stored with version, timestamp and signature. Our engines are instructed to produce original identities, and we act quickly on every report.
7. Report misuse
See something that should not exist — a face too close to a real person, misuse of a brand, prohibited content? Write to abuse@framai.dk. We review every report within one business day and can remove content, revoke accounts and regenerate affected models.
