Terms of service

1. The service

FRAMAI Studio is a subscription service that generates AI fashion imagery: AI models, campaign images and video. Plans renew monthly through Stripe and include a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits remain valid one additional month. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

2. Accounts & approval

Access is granted by approval from the waitlist. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity on the account. FRAMAI may pause accounts that violate these terms.

3. Usage rights

You receive a worldwide, perpetual commercial license to the images and video you generate, for your own brand's marketing. Models you generate are exclusive to your account; the shared FRAMAI library is available to all customers and carries no exclusivity.

4. Acceptable use

You may only upload images you hold the rights to. Uploading photos of real persons requires their documented consent; creating a likeness of a real person without consent is prohibited. No unlawful, deceptive, explicit or defamatory content. All output is AI-generated and must not be presented as photography of real events or persons. Models, campaigns and any other output generated from material you upload yourself (moodboards, references, products, photos of persons) are entirely your own responsibility: you warrant that you hold all necessary rights and consents to that material, and you indemnify FRAMAI (Meotine ApS) against any third-party claim arising from your uploads. The rights declaration you sign in the studio before uploads open documents this allocation.

5. Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout (DKK, EUR or USD), excl. VAT. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; the plan runs out the paid period. Credit costs per action are shown in the studio and may be adjusted with notice.

6. Availability & liability

Generation depends on third-party AI engines; brief interruptions can occur, and a failed generation never spends credits. The service is provided as-is; FRAMAI's total liability is limited to the last month's subscription fee. Responsibility for content generated from the customer's own uploaded material always rests with the customer, cf. section 4.
