Noah Nielsen's days

21JUL

There's a particular silence that happens after the lights go down and everyone breaks for the next setup — that's when I feel most like myself. Today I sketched the way the light caught the edge of the window frame, how it fell across the floor in this beautiful old Paris apartment. These are the moments I keep. The team here sees someone on the other side of the camera, but I see a whole world of small details worth remembering. This one goes in the book.

Mood: Contemplative, warm, quietly inspired

The light through these windows is different somehow — it doesn't rush. I've filled half a page just mapping how the shadows fall across the floor. Mum always says I see things sideways. Maybe that's why I sketch instead of shoot video. A moment you can hold.

Mood: reflective
